About Me

Welcome! Often the first steps towards healing requires a giant leap of faith and investment into your own radical self-care. Seeking therapy can feel unfamiliar and frightening however, I am here to walk you through the process.

I am a bilingual and bicultural licensed clinical social worker, with over 15 years of experience working with children, families and individuals. I offer services in both English and Spanish. My experience ranges from working with pregnant and parenting teens, outpatient county mental health, child welfare, school counseling and guiding many parents and caregivers into parenthood. I have a vast amount of experience helping people through life changes, anxiety, depression, adjustments to parenthood, exploring intergenerational trauma and deepening self awareness and understanding to live more fulfilled lives.  As a therapist I am always learning, and want to bring the most I can to the clients I serve through continued training and consultation.

I have a special interest in working with mothers, caregivers and people looking strengthen their relationship to motherhood and parenting, and those who feel they are struggling to find themselves within this new role in their lives. Together we can work on strengthening your confidence in your new role and discover how to tap into your own inner wisdom to guide you towards feeling more fulfillment.

One of the most important factors in finding support through therapy lies in the therapeutic relationship and alliance.  I invite you to take a look around and book a free consultation to see if we are a good fit.

I welcome people of all cultural and ethnic identities, all sexual orientations and gender identities and expressions.
